| Feb 23, 2008 | Food Bank drive. The Beddington and Sandstone groups collected 3,130 lbs of food from the two communities. |

| Jun 6-7, 2008 | Training Hike, Death Valley Trail. 4.2 km Friday night, 19 km Saturday. Wet. |
| Sat, June 14, 2008 | Training scramble, Heart Mountain scramble. Hiked up 2.2 km until we ran out out of mountain. Had lunch. Followed the ridge line until we ran out of ridge and then went down the mountain. No rain. Yay! |
