The Scout prayer and taps are used during our troop's openning and closing ceremonies.

Lord, Thank You for bringing us together in the brotherhood of Scouting.
Bless this troop and all its members.
Help us to be loyal to our Promise, to each other and to ourselves.
And in everything we do, help us put other people first.
Taps
Day is done.
Gone the sun.
From the lakes, from the hills, from the sky.
All is well
Safely rest
God is nigh.
